NEED HELP WITH MOUSE HANDALING

Hi everyone !

I develop on ms access 97 and Vbasic 5.

I came across this problem:

I develop a program that one of its goals is to make a quiz
there is a phase that the user should listen to the question and answer,
during this phase he shouldn't click the mouse, just listen.

I am looking for a way to clear the mouse buffer (in win95) after the
questions had been read, so that the system would not respond to the
previous mouse events.

I tried using the getmessage function from the win api but it kind of not
working.

I'll appreciate any help, and a direct answer to my e-mail as well.

take care.
