Platforma też Win2000. Menu tworzę tak:

menu .s -tearoff 0
     .s add command -label {label1} -command {polecenie1}
     .s add command -label {label2} -command {polecenie2}

Wywołuję (z listbox'a):

bind kontrolka <Double-Button-1> {tk_popup .s %X %Y}

I gdy powinno to znika.
