Kolejne pytanie otwarte: ktoś zna jakieś środowisko RAD dla Tcl? Ja
znam tylko Visual Tcl (i takie też tylko znalazłem na Googlach), ale
ono jest przestarzałe. Może powstała już jakaś perełka tylko mało
znana?
