czy wie ktos moze jak zdekodowac np. pole from emaila
zakodowane w base64 z polskimi znaczkami?

email.friendly_from =?ISO-8859-2?Q?Bart=B3omiej_Urba=F1ski?=

w klasie Base64 jest metoda decode_b(str) ale z tego co widze
dziala ona tylko z tekstami w ISO-2022-JP i SHIFT_JIS
