Why English? 

To, czy w (jak się domyślam) migracjach jest :decimal nie ma żadnego
znaczenia. Ważne, aby baza miała obsługę takiego typu. Jeśli generujesz
schemat bazy migracjami to dorzuć jedną kwerendę sql która wymieni pole
double na decimal.
