Akurat jeśli mowa o Eclipse, to jest taka szansa, że firma używa
jakiejś "magicznej" wtyczki do Eclipsa która jest niezbędna do płynnej
pracy w zespole lub ze sprzętem. Stąd ten warunek - znajomość Eclipse.
