To jest błąd w PIP:

Problem jest z dowolnym pakietem, gdzie źródła nie są w głównym katalogu. Te zmiany wydają się to poprawiać

Ale swoją drogą, to po co w requirements umieszczać rzeczy "editable" - link do repozytorium ok, ale po co wersja edytowalna?

Inna sprawa to, że wersja w repozytorium, która nie jest na PyPI, powinna mieć suffix '.devN' [1].
