Jesli chcesz korzystać z '\' to raczej konstruuj ścieżki tak:
       Idw_punkty = r"C:\Dane14\Idw_" + str(i)

>      gp.AddMessage(f.read())

Brak f.close(). Ale to już zauważyłeś.
