1) Nie podałeś komunikatu błędu.
2) Używasz starodawnej tabeli $HTTP_POST_VARS zamiast $_POST
3) twój skrypt umożliwia wysyłanie emaila przez dowolną osobę do 
dowolnej osoby? no to masz problem z bezpieczeństwem.
