oki wszycho ladnie a nawet pieknie
probuje roznie tzn
1)  exec("htpasswd -b /home/mojadomena.com/pass/.htpasswd $user $pass",
$alloutput, $returnvalue)
1)  exec("htpasswd /home/mojadomena.com/pass/.htpasswd $user $pass",
$alloutput, $returnvalue)
 i nic

podobnie z funkcja system i passthru i tez nic . Nie wiem ile jest w tym
prawdy, ale skrypty php uruchamiaja sie jako "nobady" - moze to ma zwiazek z
tym ze nie moge zapisywac w pliku itp .
