Z takim ustawieniem będzie słuchać tylko na 127.0.0.1, a chcesz się łączyć
na 127.0.1.1. Tylko nie zgadniemy, czy naprawdę chcesz się łączyć ze
127.0.1.1, czy masz błąd w pliku hosts.

Nawiasem mówiąc zamiast grepować netstaty zrób po prostu "telnet pecet 25"
i od razu będziesz wiedział, czy coś słucha na tym porcie TCP.
