debugowanie w NetBeans

Używam NetBeans na komputerze stacjonarnym i notebooku. 
Jak zrobię na komputerze stacjonarnym Debug|Debug Main Project to mi się otwiera FireFox z adresem:
http://localhost/~robert/index.php/announcement/index?XDEBUG_SESSION_START=netbeans-xdebug
A jak zrobię to samo na notebooku to mi się otwiera FireFox bez żadnego adresu.
Konfiguracja projektu (Run|Set Project Configuration|Customize) taka sama. Preferencje przeglądarki takie same.
Proszę o pomoc.
