jebać po/eu/pw

dlaczego to działa:
<?
header('Content-type: text/html; charset=utf-8');

if (!isset($_SESSION)) //sprawdzamy czy sesja istnieje
	session_start(); //startujemy ją
?>

a to już nie:
<?
echo 'Content-type: text/html; charset=utf-8';

if (!isset($_SESSION)) //sprawdzamy czy sesja istnieje
	session_start(); //startujemy ją
?>

to drugie działa jak się zamieni
<?
if (!isset($_SESSION)) //sprawdzamy czy sesja istnieje
	session_start(); //startujemy ją

echo 'Content-type: text/html; charset=utf-8';
?>
