no tak, ale pytanie mam zatem:

czy to nie bedzie podwojnie inicjowana baza danych? raz w 
application.ini, raz w bootstrapie? czy wywalic z application.ini 
informacje o bazie, czy polaczenie nie jest nawiazywane jezeli wczesniej 
w bootstrap jest ustawione setDefaultAdapter?

takie mam wpisy w ini:

resources.db.adapter = "PDO_MYSQL"
resources.db.params.host = "localhost"
resources.db.params.username = "aaa"
resources.db.params.password = "aaa"
resources.db.params.dbname = "aaa"
resources.db.isDefaultTableAdapter = true
