require rzuca fatal i jak widzisz nie znalazło pliku więc zatrzymało, include nie zatrzymuje (tylko warning) a błąd jest przez niezdefiniowaną funkcję pokaztytul(). initSystem() jest też zdefiniowaną przez programistę funkcją. Cały warunek możesz też zapisać $x = (isset($_GET['styl'])) ? './opcjonalny.php' : './normalny.php'; require($x); Łatwiej zmienić sposób wczytywania.
