Cześć, podobno jesteśmy w strefie środkowoeuropejskiej (GMT+01:00), a
tymczasem mój własny komputer zapytany:

twierdzi, że:
2009-07-20T14:27:06+02:00
Dlaczego jest tu +02:00 a nie +01:00?
