Jak zrobic include pliku z przekazaniem parametru:

chodzi mi o sposob zaincludowania nieistniejacego za serwerze pliku...

mam cos.php
i chce uzyc w pliku index.php
ale z parametrem, tzn

cos.php?par=2

jak to mozna zrobic?
