Jezu, czlowieku czytaj uwazniej: to jest Perl = Practical Extraction and
Report Language.
Kompilatora to raczej nie znajdziesz (sa jakies proby konwersji do C,
patrz: http://sunsite.icm.edu.pl/pub/CPAN/CPAN.html).
Zreszta Perl to jezyk interpretowany, szukaj wiec interpretera.
Zacznij od http://www.perl.org a dalej pojdzie juz z gorki.

Spokojnie, kazdy musi od czegos zaczac, a poczatki zawsze sa trudne

Albo lepiej od http://www.perl.com/ , na dole strony znajdziesz odnosniki
do
Windows 3.1/95/NT.
Widzialem tez, chyba na jednej z plytek Software port dla DOSa 5.x, 6.x ,
ale 
byla to jeszcze wersja 4, wiec lepiej dac sobie spokoj.
