Poszukuję informacji nt. pobierania adresu strony w skrypcie CGI.
Zastosowanie - skrypt CGI w perlu obsługujący przypadek podania przez 
websurfera złego adresu stront na serwer. Standardowo serwer wyświetla strone
z informacją "BAD URL /URL" ale jest możliwość szerokiego zmieniania 
interakcji w tego rodzaju przypadkach.
Potrzebny mi jest właśnie ten żle podany URL.
