Witam jak w lazarusie ustawić XMLCfg aby pobierał Polskie znaki z 
pliku.xml ? jeśli wpiszę łśćó czy inne to wywala mi że niezgodne jest z 
UTF8 :/ może jak ustawić iso-8895-2 ?
