I jeszcze jedno ... wiem, że to PHP ale może ktoś się orientuje ;-)

Mam:

$name = iconv('ISO-8859-2', 'utf-8', $_POST['name']);

i mam jeszcze:

strtoupper(strtr($name, 'ęóąśłżźćń','ĘÓĄŚŁŻŹĆŃ' ))

i proszę o pomoc jak to połączyć w jedną całość czyli ALL in ONE ;-) (jak to 
prawidłowo zapisać).
