Witam.
Czy jest możliwe aby pole do uploadu pliku(jego wyboru) bylo readonly 
dopoki nie zaznacze radio na formularzu? następnie Javascriptem zdjać 
atrybut readonly? Chce aby uzytkownik mogl wybrac plik do wyslania tylko 
po uprzednim zaznaczeniu radio.
