Ot, działa w IE ale przestało w operze a zrobione jest tak:

function addText(sForm)
{
    var oForm = document.forms[sForm];
    var ile = document.getElementById("ile");
    if(oForm.rodzaj.selectedIndex==0||oForm.rodzaj.selectedIndex==1)
    {
ile.style.display="inline";
    }else{
ile.style.display= "none";
    }

}
