Ktoś może walczył z tematem na windows 10 ?

W aplikacjach które są domyslnie w windows po właczeniu trybu "tablet"
ustawienie focus-a na polu edycyjnym palcem po ekranie powoduje 
pojawienie sie klawiatury ekranowej.

Na aplikacjach delphi to nie działa.

Jak to jest zrobione ?
Czy to da sie zrobić w delphi ?
Czy to trzeba samemu ta klawiature pokazywać ?
