Skoro w raspbianie używasz nie dllek (dynamic link library, to stricte 
windowsiany patent) tylko plików so (shared objects - to patent linuxowy) 
to powinieneś mieć deklarację:

function FT_Open(PVDevice:Integer; ftHandle:Pointer ) : integer ; stdcall ; 
External 'ftd2xx.so' name 'FT_Open';
