na około zadziałało tak:


Type

   TMyByte = System.Byte;


i dalej:


     procedure IdUDPServer1UDPRead(AThread: TIdUDPListenerThread;
       AData: TArray<TMyByte>; ABinding: TIdSocketHandle);

i np. w  oncreate formy:

IdUDPServer1.OnUDPRead:=IdUDPServer1UDPRead;

ale irytujące bo nie da się z komponentu wejść do procedury..
