Da się zrobić DLL. Ja mam tak to rozwiązane. Trzeba zrobić DLL jako
zasób w podobny sposób:
{$R dxSkinBlack.res}
Ładowanie z DLL w programie:
aResStream := TResourceStream.Create(GetSkinDLLHandle,
aResName, PChar(sdxResourceType));
try
Result := dxSkinsUserSkinLoadFromStream(aResStream, aSkinName);

end;
