[FastReport] - Wyświetlanie Header gdy Masterdata.RowCount = 0.

Normalnie gdy Masterdata.RowCount = 0 to Header się nie wyświetla na 
raporcie. Da się zrobić, żeby się wyświetlał? Jeśli tak, to jak?

Zamiast Headera użyj PageHeadera z zaznaczoną opcją PrintOnFirstPage
