SQL native client 10 vs SQLOLEDB - wpływ na serwer

Dzień dobry,

Czy możliwe jest by ta sama aplikacja po zmianie Connection String z:

Provider=SQLOLEDB.1;Persist Security Info=True;User ID=%s;Initial 
Catalog=%s;Data Source=%s

na

Provider=SQLNCLI10.1;Persist Security Info=True;Initial Catalog=%s;Data 
Source=%s;Initial File Name="";Server SPN=""


Nastąpiło spowolnienie serwera MS SQL 2008 (np. wykonanie tej samej 
komendy SQL za pomocą SQL Management Studio trwało wielokrotnie dłużej w 
czasie gdy aplikacja korzystająca ze zmienionego ConnectionStringa jest 
uruchomiona)?
