Zainstalowałem IBExperta, wcześniej zainstalowałem Firebirda.
Gdy chcę utworzyć bazę danych, to wybieram "Create database"
Server: Local
Database: C:\Users\Andrzej\AppData\Roaming\HK-Software\IBExpert\Test.fdb
było client Library file: gds32.dll
Username: SYSDBA
Password: masterkey

jest błąd: Unsuccessful execution caused by an unavailable resource. 
Unavailable database
