Co ta metoda ma zrobi ?
W design time tworzy sta e definicje obiektów za pomoc  których
kompilator odwo uje si  do konkrentch pól.
Jak ma to zadzia a  w runtime?

Wydaje mi si   e potrzebujesz bardziej metdy typu FieldByName czy
tablicy Fields.



No FieldByNAme zadziala dobrze jak cos w kodzie sie robi. Gorzej z
podpieciem pod jakies kontrolki (np QRDBText)
