W rozpędzie zapomniałem. W ModifySQL:

update ZNAJOMI
set
  IMIE = :IMIE,
  MIASTO = :MIASTO,
  NAZWISKO = :NAZWISKO,
  OPIS = :OPIS
 where
  ID = :OLD_ID

Nie aktualizuj ID - bo używasz tego jako klucza.
