O ile dobrze pamiętam to w komponentach DBE - jeżeli danemu parametrowi 
wcześniej nie nadawałeś żadnej wartości - trzeba było dodatkowo ustawić 
typ danych, żeby wiedział co to ma być ten null.
Inaczej się wywalał.

np:

Query1.ParamByName('d').DataType :=  ftInteger;
