Krótko, gwoli przypomnienia:
jak nazywał się standard C, w którym dla parametrów nie podawano typów
od razu, tylko potem:
Static int readrc(rcname, need)
char *rcname;
int need;
{
...
}
a jak nazywa się
Static int readrc(char *rcname, int need){...}

czy pierwszy to AnsiC a drugi C99?

To było "K&R" C, tj. pierwotna forma języka, którą wymyślili Kernighan i
Ritchie. Standard ANSI C (czyli C89) już miał normalne parametry funkcji.
