Tworzenie projektu CodeBlocks w projekcie linuxowym

Ma projekt https://github.com/bitcoin/bitcoin, gdzie mam katalog build-aux/m4. Projekt buduje się z linii komend. Jednak chciałbym mieć to w projekcie CodeBLocks pod Linxuem aby móc debugować. Utworzenie projektu i dodanie źródeł nie wystarcza z powodu takich plików jak *.m4, chyba będzie chciało jakiś config.h. Ale czy możliwe jest automatyczne utworzenie pliku cbp na przykład za pomocą cmake?
