Pilnie poszukuje procedurki do transformaty FFT oraz do transformaty
odwrotnej do FFT.
2 warunki:
            - napisana w asemblerze lub w C 
            - to ma byc naprawde szybkie

Biblioteka procedur numerycznych w C jest do sciagniecia razem z przykladami z:
 ftp://ftp.ttt.bme.hu/pub/samples/dos/numrec_c/ansi_c/ . Jest tam praktycznie
