Mam taki problem. Ten sam program skompilowany w wersji WIN16 i WIN32 rozni
sie tym, ze w wersji WIN32 nie ma polskich liter w dialogach i menu, a nic
nie zmieniam.
W Innych miejscach programu (kiedy sam uzywam TFont i TextOut... to
wszystko jest OK) Dlaczego tak sie dzieje i jak uruchomic polskie litery w
WIN32.
