Lepiej użyć localtime_r, bo jest reentrant, i strftime, bo można od razu 
zrobić sobie stringa.

time_t t(time(NULL));
tm tm;
localtime(&t, &tm);

char buf[64];
strftime(buf, sizeof(buf), "%Y-%m-%d %H:%M:%S", &tm);

O tak jakoś bym.
