1. wyrzuciłem CPPCONN_PUBLIC_FUNC
2. Na samym początku #include <cppconn/sqlstring.h>

i działa dla 64 bitowego trybu! dla 32 bitowego są błędy linkowania, ale 
to nie szkodzi
