Nie wiem co to znaczy dobre. bo duzo do obslugi to tam nie ma.
Jest taka biblioteka, poszukaj w redhat albo redhat-contrib - jest tam
kilka funkcji do popierania parametrow, podmieniania stringow na encoding
html, generowania Content:text/html itp.
Jezeli chodzi o nazwe to CGI lub cgi w nazwie.rpm :)
