Tym bardziej polecam słownik.

Coś i o CPU i o grafice znajdziesz w rejestrze systemu. Procesor 
przedstawi się instrukcją CPUID - opis w drugim tomie IA32 PRM. Karta 
graficzna sama się nie przedstawi, ale jej driver i owszem - poszukaj w 
DirectX.
