Czy jest możliwe podniesienie drugiego IP na tej samie karcie sieciowej, w tym 
ze
jeden adres jest pobierany z DHCP.

Jeżeli mamy Static IP w WindowsieXP to:
wlasciwosci polaczenia sieciowego tcp-ip -> zaawansowane -> add ip address

A jezeli mamy DHCP to już o jedną opcje mniej :)
