Czy istnieje soft, ktory automatycznie rozpozna stopklatki "złe", czyli te,
ktore maja zaburzenia zwiazane z przeplotem mat filmowego ("na oko" wiadomo
jak je rozpoznac, chodzi o to, ze jest ich 13 tys i zle nalezy z metra
wyseparowac)
