witam potrezbuje skonvertowac geotifyy z 92 na wgs84 rozumiem ze gdalem

Skorzystaj z jakiegoś gotowca, np. QGIS z wtyczką GDAL Tools, tam już 
masz definicje odwzorowań, możesz też dokonywać reprojekcji hurtowo, na 
całych katalogach.
