witam..

jako produkt wyjsciowy analizy w programi SaTScan otrzymalem tabele
dbf w ktorej posiadam wspolrzedne srodka, oraz dlugosc obydwu osi
elipsy..

czy znacie jakies narzedzie, ktorym moglbym takie elipsy jakos w miare
automatycznie [jest ich 60] narysowac? w arcgisie [na czym pracuje]
niczego takiego sie nie moge doszukac :/
