Rzeczywiście ciężko coś z tego zrozumieć...:-)
Jakiś minimalny przykład z poziomu Latexa,
by się  przydał żeby odtworzyć błąd.....
(np. zmodyfikowamy morefloats-example.tex)
U mnie (win7, Miktex2.9):

\usepackage[maxfloats=333]{morefloats}[2015/07/16]% v1.0g

działa.
