Dear colleagues,

I just wanted to inform you that yesterday I had the opportunity to
discuss my proposal with the Scripts Ad Hoc group (via Zoom), and this
group will recommend approving the proposed letter to the Unicode
Technical Committee.  Therefore I have now officially submitted the
proposal, with a few modifications based on yesterday's discussion.  You
can find the submitted version at

If everything goes well, the UTC will approve the proposal next Tuesday
and the letter would then become official with Unicode version 14.0,
scheduled to be published in September.
