Nie wierzę. Coś musiałeś skopać w kodzie. Zawsze na początku dawaj
Option Explicit. Wstaw do modułu i uruchom procedurkę:

Sub IsXRef()
Dim tempBlock As AcadBlock
For Each tempBlock In ThisDrawing.Blocks
If tempBlock.IsXRef Then MsgBox "true"
Next
End Sub

Jak w rysunku będzie jakiś xref to na bank wyświetli true
