tak... oczywiście, że sprawa dotyczy tylko zamówień publicznych dodam, że ponieważ często finansowanie pochodzi z UE zdarza się, że dokumentację projektową w tym SST przychodzi wykonać dwujęzycznie na Śląsku znam tylko kilka osób, a ściślej to nawet chyba tylko jedna osoba, która merytorycznie potrafi dobrze przetłumaczyć tekst takich specyfikacji
