Projekt tabeli możesz zapisać w polu tekstowym.
A projekt może wyglądać tak:
CREATE TABLE Test (Id int PRIMARY KEY NOT NULL,

FieldType varchar(25) NOT NULL,
Description varchar(25) NOT NULL)
